What is Dr. Hubbuch’s bedside manner?
Dr. Hubbuch is very caring, compassionate, and empathetic to her patients needs.

How open minded is Dr. Hubbuch?
Dr. Hubbuch is very open minded. She is willing to explore alternatives and personal preferences. Each patient is treated in an individualized manner.

As a new patient, what should I know?
We are looking forward to meeting you and working with you. We view this as a partnership between you and “our team” with the goal of optimal health and well being.

What should I do to prepare for my first visit with Dr. Hubbuch?
Please fill out all the forms in the new patient package that you received in the mail and bring them with you to the appointment.

Please bring a list of any prescription medications and supplements/vitamins that you are currently taking.

Please request and have faxed/mailed to the office or bring with you copies of most recent labs and/or test results.

Do you accept my insurance?
Dr. Hubbuch does not participate with ANY insurance company including Medicare. She is considered OUT-OF-NETWORK. Payment in full is due at the time of each visit.

It is each patient’s responsibility to contact their insurance company prior to services being rendered to determine if they will cover services (the initial office visit/procedure code is 99205). We will provide a complete itemized statement to file with your insurance for your reimbursement.

Since you don’t bill to insurance, will my labs be covered by insurance?

Some labs will accept insurance, while other specialty labs do not offer direct insurance billing.

What is your cancelation policy?
We have a 48-hr cancelation policy. We spend significant time with each patient so we kindly respect you give us plenty notice of cancellation. We will attempt to fill canceled appointments, and no charge will be made if successful.

You are responsible for appointment charges if the cancellation notice is less than 48 hours and we were not able to fill the visit. For this reason, we request a valid credit card number at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.
